Booked in for service at 9.30 am. Booking in experience was extremely poor talking to a computer that asked if I wanted a service policy I already had and the car was not completed in the day to allow me to pick it up causing me a lot of inconvenien.

Check in was fine, organised and courtesy car ready etc. when I came to pick my car up, I waited and waited and waited. I needed to pick my keys up and pay - I should have been able to do this at reception, not sit and wait for a service rep!

Booked service well in advance but only got phone call confirmation very close to the date. I was waiting for weeks for confirmation. On day of service I requested a quote for body work on car. I was told I would get an email & am still waiting.

I dropped my car off in the morning and was able to have a loan car for the period. My car needed some work and so I didn't pick it up until the day after so I was able to use the loan until my car was ready.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept updated on my car's progress. The mechanic from the garage came to speak to me about an issue I'd been having with my aircon and listened to my concerns and was polite and professional.

Not happy with the advice given and quoted for works that don't require to be done instead of investigating deeper and coming up with an alternative cheaper solution instead of writing off a perfectly good gearbox.

Everything ran smoothly and I was contacted about the possibility that my would fail it's MOT without new wipers. I appreciated the call and being given the option to allow the garage to sort. My car was hoovered and washed which is always nice

It's really difficult to get through to the service department. The phone just rings and rings however when i did get through to someone they were always very helpful and friendly.
