Primarily because the technician left the oil filler cap off the engine after the oil change. In addition to this, I could not be offered a wait appointment. When I did go back when the car was ready, I was kept waiting 25 minutes in the waiting area

The car was examined by a technician on arrival. He diagnosed the problem and said it was unlikely the part would be stocked as it wasn't a common failure. The car was still kept until the end of the day when we were told the part wasn't in stock.
