My mini was in for a winter check. I was served by a lovely lady called Emma who was friendly and cheerful. She told me roughly when my car would be ready and she was spot on with the time. Also as a nice gesture my car was washed and vacuumed.

Appointment for MOT was booked for 2:30 pm Friday Told it would be 90 minute stay with car. Arrived in time but did not leave until 5pm! I realise that you were busy but regular updates would have been appreciated. Lucky I had a good book with me!

Again under staffed, part required was incorrectly delivered, thus delaying the return of my car which had been onsite for two and a half days.

I requested they check the tyre pressures at reception and the day after my service the warning light for tyre pressures came on so had to go to local garage and get them to blow up the tyres which were all wrong
