I dealt with Kirstin Smith from start to finish. She is a really pleasant, personable young lady. She looked after me 3 years ago and I specifically went back to her this time when changing my mini. Kirstin is a credit to your company.

On this occasion, disappointed the car was vacuumed but "not" washed... Husband collected the car and he didn't notice at the time.....
