Everything ran smoothly. No problems. There was an awful lot of emails about different products though that I found quite overwhelming and then I was losing the more important ones in them. Maybe one email with the extra bits in would be better.

The MOT was successful but I was disappointed that when the health check was done it reported 25% wear in my front tyres when new ones had been fitted less than 3 weeks previously! I would very much appreciate an explanation on this please.

Very polite and helpful staff from start to finish. Slightly disappointed that the technician was unable to hear the wheel bearing type noise as it was quite obvious but the heated seat was repaired no question under warranty.

Friendly prompt service, great communication and updates whilst mot & brake fluid service took place. I waited whilst work was done. Comfortable, warm waiting area with drinks machine, snacks and newspapers /magazines. Car washed & vacuumed. Happy.

My mini was in for a winter check. I was served by a lovely lady called Emma who was friendly and cheerful. She told me roughly when my car would be ready and she was spot on with the time. Also as a nice gesture my car was washed and vacuumed.

Appointment for MOT was booked for 2:30 pm Friday Told it would be 90 minute stay with car. Arrived in time but did not leave until 5pm! I realise that you were busy but regular updates would have been appreciated. Lucky I had a good book with me!

I requested they check the tyre pressures at reception and the day after my service the warning light for tyre pressures came on so had to go to local garage and get them to blow up the tyres which were all wrong

Via the app, i book the earliest time slot for my service, this time my vehicle was seen at the end of the day meaning that my vehicle was kept overnight. This should not be the case. If I book a time for service you should endeavour for that time.

Again under staffed, part required was incorrectly delivered, thus delaying the return of my car which had been onsite for two and a half days.

Dealership handover was probably the best that I've experienced during the past 50 odd years of purchasing cars. All of the staff we dealt with Amber, Kirsten, Liam and Richard were amazing. So nice and helpful. Environment and coffee first class.
