Same as above comment with regards to staff and in particular Laura. Within one week of my calling Bowker's with a potential problem with my mini, it was booked in and fixed, including making arrangements to collect and return my car to and from home

As always work carried out efficiently. Appreciate that my beloved mini is always given a health check whenever she visits the workshop which gives confidence that all is good with her! And she is given a good valet following any service or repair!

The work was completed sooner than anticipated and I was consulted before any works that were required were done so that I authorised before it was done and I was advised of the cost as well. All this was very reassuring.
