The reception and ease of booking in my car was all that I could wish for. In addition I was contacted and informed when the car would be ready and it was there waiting for me when I arrived.

I had to call them back because they didn't get back to me for nearly 3 weeks. The 24 hour assistance is no good at night it is not the BMW assist.
