From 9th July 2010, a new traffic management scheme is implemented on Preston Docklands to allow United Utilities to carry out tunnelling works in Preston city centre to improve water quality in the Ribble Estuary and off the Fylde Coast.
The new scheme will be in place for 15 months or until United Utilities have completed their works at Watery Lane junction.
