Bowker MINI in Preston has further developed their Fast Lane service area to enable customers to check in and relax within the dedicated hospitality facilities.

Fast Lane identifies simple routine tasks that can be completed within 90 minutes on a MINI and assigns them to dedicated processes and resources to ensure that they are completed quickly and efficiently. Customers have the advantage of a dedicated appointment process that ensures a minimum waiting time and maximum personal service. The combination of high speed service and first class hospitality creates a premium servicing experience for Bowker MINI customers and complements the impeccable customer satisfaction record held by the dealership.

Jackie Pass, Bowker MINI’s dedicated Fast Lane service advisor manages all Fast Lane service enquiries and ensures that customers can check in smoothly, relax within the hospitality area, and leave 90 minutes later.

As customers book in for Fast Lane, Jackie utilises her specialist MINI Fast Lane training, which enables her to identify whether a customer is eligible for the Fast Lane Service.

Jackie said, “I am really enjoying working on Fast Lane and it is proving to be a real success with our customers. Introducing this new service to MINI owners who maybe pressed for time enables them to have their MINI serviced whilst they wait, enabling them to carry on with their day just 90 minutes later.”

Jonathan Rogan, Group Aftersales Manager, adds, “MINI Fast Lane has become a phenomenon overnight!  The benefit with Fast Lane is that we can make an appointment time for our customers when it is convenient for them, ensuring that they have as little without their MINI as possible.

“Our customers do not have to arrange a loan car or collection or delivery as they can relax in the dealership whilst they wait.  If our MINI trained Technicians discover a need for further repair work, they can discuss it straight away with the customer.”
