Bowker Motor Group are recruiting for a full-time Service Team Leader for their new Preston Docklands BMW & MINI Aftersales Centre.
The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service, be target driven, a confident communicator, well presented and personable.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Service Advisors, identifying and resolving customer issues and monitoring and working to targets.
This is a customer facing role so you’ll also be welcoming customers at Service Reception, qualifying their needs, agreeing service and repair instructions and communicating workflow to the service team.
Previous experience in this or a similar role at Senior level is essential. Knowledgeof ADP Autoline/CDK (Kerridge) would be a distinct advantage.
Working days are Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis.
